Growing together

Working with Farms Across Angola

Grupo Reis works closely with a network of farms across Angola, ranging from large commercial operations to smallholder family farms. Through our role as an aggregator, we provide hands-on support, agricultural inputs, and access to premium markets—especially for strategic oilseed crops such as sunflower, safflower, castor, and soybean.

To ensure long-term soil fertility and productivity, we promote crop rotation systems using maize, legumes, sorghum, millet, and grasses. These crops contribute to ecological restoration, reduce the need for chemical inputs, and support regenerative practices that respect local ecosystems.

We are committed to:

  • Inclusive growth, empowering smallholder farmers through training and access to structured value chains

  • Ecological responsibility, using rotation and sustainable land management to protect natural resources

  • Good governance, ensuring that all farm engagements are transparent, formally agreed, and aligned with national development goals

Every farm receives a tailored cropping plan, technical assistance, and post-harvest support to promote sustainability, profitability, and shared prosperity—anchored in values of responsibility, equity, and resilience.

Supporting Circular Economies

Small Drops, Big Impact.

UCO Collection

Grupo Reis leads efforts across Angola to build a structured, transparent, and sustainable supply chain for Used Cooking Oil (UCO). We work with a wide network of partners, from large food industries to small restaurants, informal vendors, and individual households, to collect and repurpose UCO for certified biofuel production.

By recovering UCO, we help reduce environmental pollution, prevent illegal dumping into drainage systems, and support Angola’s participation in the global circular economy.

We are committed to:

  • Environmental protection, by diverting waste oil away from land and waterways

  • Technical traceability, ensuring that every collection point is registered, verified, and aligned with ISCC sustainability standards

  • Social inclusion, offering training, stickers, and digital tools for small collectors and informal partners to join the formal economy

  •  Data-driven governance, using tracking systems and audits to guarantee transparency and compliance throughout the chain

Through education, incentives, and reliable offtake agreements, Grupo Reis is building a more resilient and inclusive UCO collection system—turning everyday waste into long-term opportunity.
